Water Fitness Classes

Water fitness programs are designed to create classes where all ages and abilities can enjoy from the low to no impact benefits of the aquatic environment. Classes range from low to high intensity for the best benefit for your needs. Classes are classified as therapy style, shallow water, and deep water and combo classes.
