*You may sign up for one, two, three or all four sessions! Please note that sessions cannot be split by week.

*Please note that there is a 15% multi child discount (excluding extended care fees).
AM/PM CAMPER CARE: Extended Care hours at the camp are available at an additional cost. This service operates from 7:00 AM - 9:00 AM for before camp care and 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM for after camp care The full session fee applies regardless of number of days the child attends the extended care program.
PLEASE NOTE: Children must be picked up before 6:00 PM. Any parent picking up a child after 6:00 will be charged a $1 per minute late fee.
BUS TRANSPORTATION:(for stop information see last page of camp brochure):
The camp day begins at 9:00 AM and ends at 4:00 PM. Bus transportation is provided from various locations throughout Onondaga county and is included in the camp fee. Please refer to the Bus Stop schedule to find the most convenient location for you. All campers must be picked up at bus stops at the indicated time. Campers taking part in Braves Kindercamp can ride the bus in the morning but must be picked up at camp at noon.
FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE: Through the support of the Y-Partners Campaign, assistance is available so that all children have an opportunity to experience camp.
In order to serve as many children as possible, assistance for more than one session is rare and handled on an individual basis. Applications will be awarded on first come basis in accordance with space available.

Y-CARES APPLICATION
PAYMENTS AND REGISTRATION: A $50 non-refundable, non-transferable deposit per session is due at time of registration. The full session balance will be due two weeks prior to attendance. Late payments will be charged a $20 late fee. If payment including late fee, is not received at least one week prior to the start of the session the camper slot
may be lost. You will be notified prior to this happening. Payments may be made by check, cash or credit card (Visa, Master Card or Discover). Returned payments will be charged a $10 fee.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you need to cancel your child from a session of camp you must provide the camp office
written notice at least 2 weeks in advance. If written notice is not given at least two weeks before the start of the session you will be responsible for the full payment of that session. If a two week written notice is given to the camp office a refund for the remainder of the session (excluding the deposit) will be made. There will be a $10 processing fee for any refunds given by check.
ACCREDITATION: YMCA Day Camp Iroquois is licensed and inspected by the Onondaga County
Department of Health. This Camp is inspected a minimum of twice
yearly. Inspection reports concerning the camp are on file at:

Like all YMCA youth programming, activities at YMCA Day Camp Iroquois promote the values of Honesty, Respect, Responsibility and Caring. It is the goal of the camp staff to foster and recognize these values throughout the camping experience.
